PASTA WITH GARDEN SAUCE 
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 med. onions, minced
6 slices prosciutto minced
4 radishes, minced
2 carrots, minced
1 lg. leek, minced
1 tsp. basil
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. finely chopped cabbage
4 fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced
2 sm. zucchini, diced
1 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

The garlic cloves, onions, prosciutto, radishes, carrots and leek can be minced in food processor. Combine parsley, garlic, onions, prosciutto, radishes, carrots, leek and basil. Heat butter and oil in a large pot. Stir in minced vegetable mixture. Simmer until onions and carrots are soft. Stir in cabbage, tomatoes, zucchini and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer covered 20 minutes. Serve with pasta buttered and sprinkled with Parmesan.
