HAM BAKED IN RASPBERRY GRAND
MARNIER SAUCE
 
1 fully cooked ham
Whole cloves
1/2 c. prepared yellow mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. cream sherry

SAUCE:

1 orange, unpeeled diced
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. raspberry jam
2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cream sherry
1/2 c. Grand Marnier

Score fat surface of ham, stud with whole cloves. Combine mustard and brown sugar. Spread over ham. Place in baking pan and add the sherry. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

About 1/2 hour before ham is heated through, pour sauce over and baste several times. To serve, pour more sauce over slices.

SAUCE: Combine all ingredients and puree in blender.
