HASH AND CORNBREAD BAKE 
1 can corned beef hash
1 egg, beaten
3 minced green onions
1 reg. pkg. cornbread muffin mix, made according to pkg. directions

Mix corned beef hash with onions and eggs. Spread 1/2 of cornbread batter in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Spread hash mixture over cornbread batter. Top with rest of cornbread batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until lightly browned. Parmesan cheese can be sprinkled on top before baking if desired. Serves: 4.
