GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
2 3/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1 cube butter, melted, mix well
1 lg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 lg. can evaporated milk, Carnation
2 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh, if possible)

1. Make graham cracker crust. Put into bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool for 8 minutes.

2. Add cup boiling water to Jello, let cool.

3. Cream cheese and sugar in mixer until fluffy.

4. Beat milk until stiff.

5. Slowly add cool Jello and lemon juice.

6. Fold in cream cheese.

7. Put mixture in pie crust. Place in refrigerator to set.

P.S. Have bowl and batter very cold to beat the milk (I put them in freezer compartment first. Mother also made this with cherry Jello or strawberry.
