GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST | |
1/2 c. graham crackers (about 7 sqs.) 1/4 raw wheat germ 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 4 tbsp. butter 1 egg Combine graham crackers, wheat germ, and wheat flour; add butter. Mix until crumbly. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Press mixture into a lightly buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until rim begins to brown. |
