GOLDEN CORN BAKE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
1 #303 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 #303 can cream style corn
1 pkg. corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz. size)
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. pimento if desired
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Pour into large, buttered casserole and combine with the corn, muffin mix, eggs and pimento. Top with sour cream and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Use large flat dish.
