BAKED CORN 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
1 sm. pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Put all ingredients into a large bowl in order listed. Mix by hand with a wooden spoon or wire whisk. Pour ingredients into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
