COLD CURRY RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken flavored rice (Rice-a-Roni or Lipton Chicken Rice)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Water chestnuts

Cook rice as directed (omit butter). Cool. Add onions, green peppers. Chop artichokes and water chestnuts. Combine 1/2 marinade with curry powder and mayonnaise. Mix and refrigerate.
