SQUASH PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. hot milk
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked squash
1 pie shell

Beat eggs slightly. Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Put squash in blender. Add to mixture. Mix well then pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown on top.
