EASY PEACH STRUDEL 
DOUGH:

2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. sour cream

Mix, chill one hour. Divide dough into fourths. Roll each quarter into rectangle. Spread with peach preserves, sprinkle with coconut, sprinkle with walnuts. Roll up long side folding in ends. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
