CUPCAKE ELEGANTE 
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1 c. unsifted flour (all-purpose)
4 lg. eggs, unbeaten

Melt chocolate and butter together; add nuts and cool. Mix flour and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Stir carefully until well blended. Do not beat. Add chocolate mixture. Stir, do not beat. Bake in paper-lined muffin tin filled 3/4 full for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 1/2 dozen. (Top will have a glaze, like brownies.)
