TRAVELING CUPCAKES 
3 squares semisweet baking chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 3/4 c. broken nuts
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. unsifted plain flour
4 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate in heavy pan. Add nuts. Stir until coated well. In another bowl, mix sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Stir but do not beat. Add chocolate mixture carefully. Pour baking cup 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes. Delicious.
