RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN 
1 whole cooked chicken or 1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and chopped

In bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
25 crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, chopped

Line casserole dish bottom with chicken. Mix soup and sour cream then pour on chicken. Crush Ritz crackers on chicken mixture. Butter chopped on top. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

It was just okay, it wasn't bad but not really delicious. It would probably be really good if something was added like broccoli or something. It needed more flavor.

I heat the soup and sour cream and pour over in layers of chicken, soup mixture, crushed crackers, then top with crushed crackers. pour butter on top and brown on top.
