BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts

Blend together first 9 ingredients. Fill cupcake papers about 1/2 full and then mix together the cream cheese, egg, sugar, chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Put 1 teaspoonful on top of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
