BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. Wesson oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

CUPCAKES: Mix together dry ingredients (first 5). Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Top each with heaping teaspoon cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; makes 18.

TOPPING: Beat first 4 ingredients together. Stir in chocolate chips.
