SALISBURY STEAK | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. chopped onion Dash pepper Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients. Shape into patties. Bake in baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain off grease. Mix rest of soup with 1/3 cup water, pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes longer. |
