CAULIFLOWER WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
For 1 large head of cauliflower. Cook the cauliflower until tender in 1 1/2 inches of water.

Sauce: Chip 1 1/2 cups of sharp cheese either in a double boiler or in a small stew kettle and stir until smooth. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar heaping. Add 3 tablespoons Miracle Whip or any white sauce, 1 whole egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Pour smooth sauce over whole cooked cauliflower.

This recipe is so good and extremely easy with the microwave. I put the cheese in a 2 cup measure and cooked for 1 minute, 10 sec, which melted the cheese. I dumped the other ingredients in and stirred well. Everything blended quickly and the flavor is very good.
