CAULIFLOWER WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
Wash cauliflower and separate into flowerettes. Heat 1 inch salt water to boiling and add cauliflower. Steam until tender, 10 to 12 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese

Stir and cook butter and flour until slightly tan. Add milk. Cook until it thickens. Add cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Yields 1 cup of sauce.
