CAULIFLOWER WITH MUSHROOM AND
CHEESE SAUCE
 
1 med. head cauliflower
2 c. white sauce
1 c. grated American cheese or your favorite
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained

Clean cauliflower, leaving on some of the green to make look pretty. Steam in a shallow amount of water. While steaming in a large saucepan, make any white sauce to make 2 cups worth and add 1 cup grated cheese (your choice). Then the mushrooms. Drain cauliflower and place on serving dish and pour sauce over top. Makes 6-8 servings.
