BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER CHEESE
SAUCE
 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Melt butter in small saucepan. Blend in cornstarch, salt and mustard until smooth. Add milk and stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and beat in cheese until melted. Pour over steamed fresh or frozen broccoli or cauliflower. Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.

OMG! I didn't expect this to be as good as it is! I am not a fan of yellow mustard, but I thought I'd try it anyway. It's the best cheese sauce I ever tasted!!
