CHEESE SAUCE CAULIFLOWER 
Salt & pepper
1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Water

Bring 1 inch water to boil with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add cauliflower (broken in sections). Cook covered 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Drain and keep warm. Melt butter. Add flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook and stir about 3 minutes until smooth and thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Arrange cauliflower on plate and pour sauce over top. Serves 6 to 8.
