CORN BREAD MUFFINS 
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whole milk
2 oz. (4 tbsp.) butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Mix corn meal, flour, and sugar. Gradually add the milk and melted butter. Add the whole egg and vanilla. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
