CORN BREAD MUFFINS 
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
7 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. cornmeal

Mix ingredients in order and beat with mixer. Pour into greased muffin pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 20 muffins.
