CORN BREAD OR CORNMEAL MUFFINS 
2 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 to 1 c/milk
2 to 3 eggs
1 c. cold water
1 or 2 level tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 level tbsp. sugar

Add cornmeal, salt, sugar, powder, dry add all other ingredients. Bake in muffin pan or good baking dish at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12-16 small muffins or 8 large muffins.
