POTATOES AU GRATIN 
4 med. Idaho potatoes
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. grated onion
1 c. sharp yellow cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. paprika

Scrub potatoes well and dry thoroughly. Put in oven and bake at 350 degrees until you can pierce with a fork. Cut the baked potatoes lengthwise and scoop out potato; whip with butter, cream, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. With a fork mix in crabmeat and refill the potato shells with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika; reheat in very hot oven about 15 minutes. These freeze nicely.
