PUMPKIN DELIGHT | |
FILLING: 44 marshmallows 2 c. pumpkin 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 c. cream, whipped CRUST: 24 graham crackers 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. melted butter Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler, add pumpkin, and spices. Cool. Add whipped cream; crush graham crackers, add sugar and melted butter. Pat crust in 9 x 13 pan, reserving some crumbs for top. Recipe can be cut in half for 8 x 8 pan. |
