PUMPKIN DELIGHT 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg

Remove 1 cup of cake mix and save. Mix all other ingredients together and press into 9x13 cake pan.

FILLING:

1 (29 oz.) can reg. pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Mix all together and pour into pan with crust.

TOPPING:

1 c. (saved) cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Add sugar to cake mix then slowly add butter. Mix well and sprinkle over filling layer. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into squares and use whip cream to garnish if desired.
