ANGEL STRUDEL | |
2 c. flour 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. water 3 egg yolks 2 tbsp. vinegar Mix flour and butter as for pie dough. Mix egg yolks, vinegar and water; add dry ingredients. Makes 5 rolls. Put in refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours. Then roll out thin. FILLING: 1 lb. nuts, ground 1 jar Maraschino cherries, cut-up 1 box angel food cake mix 1/2 c. sugar, added to cherry sauce Spread on dough, roll and bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. |
