GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
1/2 bar German sweet chocolate
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter on low heat. Combine sugar, flour and eggs in small electric mixer bowl. Beat on high 3 minutes. Stir in melted chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a well-greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. (The pie will break or crack on top. I serve it with whipped cream.)
