STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. or 2 sm. strawberry Jellos
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1-2 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2-3 mashed bananas
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 can mandarin oranges
1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add pineapple, strawberries, bananas, walnuts and mandarin oranges; mix well. Pour 1/2 of mixture in bowl and let set in refrigerator (just until firm). When set, top with sour cream. Add remaining Jello mixture over sour cream and let set in the refrigerator.
