STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. strawberries
1 carton sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water, pineapple and strawberries. Pour half of mixture in oblong dish and congeal. Spread sour cream over the congealed half and pour remainder of Jello on top of the sour cream. Congeal and serve.
