CABBAGE BURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head cabbage, cut fine
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
3 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon until crisp; drain. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain, add rice (uncooked) and crumbled bacon. Add salt and pepper. Mix. Layer 1/2 of the cabbage in a 9 x 13 inch pan. (I spray with cooking spray). Next, put the meat mixture, top with remaining cabbage. Combine spaghetti sauce and water; heat to boiling. Pour over cabbage and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
