REDI BURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. instant rice 1 c. warm water 1 tsp. salt 1 c. stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 can redi burger 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. savory 1 c. Colby cheese, grated In a 9 x 13 baking dish put rice, water, stewed tomatoes and salt. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Fry in oil, green pepper, parsley, oregano and savory with redi burger until peppers are tender. Mix together well and pour over rice mixture in baking dish. Top with Colby cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
