PEPPER JELLY 
1 1/2 c. ground bell pepper
1/4 c. ground hot pepper (chili pepper) (jalapeno)
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle Certo

Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil and boil hard for 3 minutes. Add bottle of Certo and boil 1 minute longer. Let cool 5 minutes, skim, pour and seal. I use more hot peppers in the 1 3/4 cup total. I also grind in blender with vinegar, cause I don't like to wash food grinder.
