GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
5 med. green peppers
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
7 c. sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin
4 drops green food coloring

Wash peppers and remove seeds and veins; puree in blender. Boil puree with vinegar and sugar 2-3 minutes longer. Skim; cool and pour into sterilized jars. Seal with paraffin.
