frozen french fries or homemade cut fries (that have been slightly cooked in boiling water)
egg whites

Toss frozen fries in egg whites until well coated. Place onto a cookie sheet pan which has been coated with fat free cooking spray. Put into oven at 400°F. Keep a close watch and turn ever so often until desired browning is reached.
