CHEESY BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. onion, minced
2 celery stalks, minced
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Melt butter, add onion and celery. Saute until tender. Add frozen broccoli, cover until thawed and can be broken into pieces. Mix soup, milk and Cheez Whiz. Stir sauce and rice into broccoli mixture. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place in 350 degree oven, heat 20 minutes.
