CHEESY BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup (other cream soups may be sub.)
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. water
1 c. Minute rice
Salt to taste

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to blend soup and cheese. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
