NO FAIL FUDGE 
4 to 4 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. to 1 stick butter
Pinch of salt
1 can evaporated milk
1 pt. marshmallow cream
24 oz. chocolate chips

Pour marshmallow cream and chip into large mixing bowl.

In a 6-8 quart saucepan bring first 4 ingredients to a rolling boil over slightly less than medium heat. Continue to boil for 7 minutes. Pour hot mixture over chips and fluff and stir until mixed well. (If preferred chips and fluff can be poured onto hot mixture in saucepan and stirred.) Pour fudge immediately into 3 well greased 8 x 8 pans. Cool several hours before cutting.

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS: Chopped nuts, raisins, and peanut butter.
