NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (10 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow topping
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, if desired

Boil sugar, salt, butter, and milk for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat in other ingredients. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add nuts, if desired.

Pour in buttered pan. I use a large cookie sheet. Makes a large amount and keeps well.
