NUT ROLLS OR CINNAMON ROLLS
DOUGH
 
2 1/2 c. warm milk (canned or whole)
1/2 c. sugar
3 pkgs. dry yeast
8 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten

Combine in large bowl the milk, sugar and yeast. Set aside and let set 15 minutes or until foamy. When it quits foaming, it is ready. Stir in the flour, salt, sugar, butter and eggs. Mix well. Divide dough into 8 balls, roll out and fill with nut filling, apricot filling or make cinnamon rolls. Place on greased cookie sheets or pans. Let raise about double in warm place. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees until brown.
