4 lg. baking potatoes, diced
7 slices slab bacon, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 lg. Spanish onion, minced

5 c. rich fish (halibut) stock
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. minced tarragon
2 bay leaves
Cracked pepper and chef's salt to taste
2 tbsp. clam base
1 lb. haddock or halibut cut in pieces
1 lb. scallops cut in pieces (sea scallops)
1 lb. tiny shrimp
8 oz. to 1 lb. crab meat
1 stick butter
2 tsp. minced shallots
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. Haderia
3 1/2 pt. medium cream or half and half
