SOUTH OF THE BORDER CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
2 med. cloves garlic, minced
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans kidney beans, undrained
3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

In large saucepan, brown beef and cook onion with garlic until tender, use shortening if necessary. Stir to separate meat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Garnish with parsley if desired.
