STUFFED BELL PEPPER 
3 lg. bell peppers, cut in half
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Minute Rice
1 med. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
15 oz. can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Stuff into peppers and pour more tomato sauce over top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or 1 hour.
