STUFFED BELL PEPPER 
6 bell peppers, cut in half

Remove seeds and fibers from peppers. Boil 5 minutes in salt water.

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef chuck or hamburger
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 onion, cut fine
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Mix all together, and stuff peppers. Bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees, covered. Remove cover, put 1 teaspoon catsup on top of each pepper and bake 10 minutes longer, uncovered. Serve hot.
