MAMA ROSE STUFFED BELL PEPPER 
4 bell peppers
1 c. brown rice, cooked
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Add meat, mushrooms, celery and onions to rice. Saute until meat is light brown. Stuff peppers. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
