BANANA STRAWBERRY TORTE 
1 (10 inch) angel food cake
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. crushed strawberries
1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/4 c. sliced bananas
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
6 or 8 strawberries, halved

Slice cake, crosswise, into 3 equal layers.

Combine sour cream, sugar and crushed strawberries.

Fold sliced strawberries, 3/4 cup of bananas and sour cream mixture into whipped cream. Chill until mixture thickens.

Spread about 1/2 cup fruit mixture on each layer, including top of cake. Stack layers and chill. To serve, garnish top with banana slices and strawberry halves.
