CABBAGE ROLLS 
Cabbage leaves, wilted in warm water
2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
Parsley to taste
Garlic to taste
1 c. rice, uncooked
Salt and pepper
1 can sauerkraut
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste
Paprika

Place sauerkraut in bottom of saucepan. Mix all ingredients, except cabbage leaves, tomato soup, and tomato paste. Make a roll and wrap cabbage leaves around roll. Place over kraut in saucepan. Pour tomato soup and paste over rolls. Finish covering rolls with warm water. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over that. Cook 1 hour on medium heat.
