ITALIAN CABBAGE ROLLS 
6 wilted cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients except tomatoes. Form into balls, roll in cabbage leaf. Secure with toothpicks. Place in kettle, pour in tomatoes and enough water to cover. Cut part of cabbage head on top of rolls, and cook slowly until tender.
