ITALIAN CHEESE FILLED ROLLS 
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. basil leaves
10 oz. can refrigerated biscuits
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
4 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small bowl combine Parmesan cheese, walnuts and basil; blend well, set aside.

Partially split each biscuit in half horizontally. Insert 1 cube of Mozzarella (or Provolone) cheese in center of each biscuit; press edges together to seal in cheese. Dip biscuits in butter; roll in walnut mixture lightly pressing into dough. Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
